Job Description :

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Ridgefield, CT! This is a 2 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist

Location: 38A Grove St, Ridgefield, CT 06877

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17-21/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect high-quality blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric.
  • Accurately prepare and process specimens for lab testing.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality, professionalism, and a safe work environment.
  • Perform data entry, test ordering, and processing.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Represent Quest Diagnostics in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience required.

Certifications: Phlebotomy certification

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
