- Develop and refine cohesive content for internal documentation.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of articles by maintaining standards and processes.
- Evaluate and improve existing documentation for usability and consistency.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and review content.
- Continuously update documentation based on feedback from users.
- Create detailed technical, process, and troubleshooting guides.
Skills
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
- Proficient in tracking content progress and meeting deadlines.
- Skilled in tailoring documentation to suit diverse audiences.
- Quick learner of complex technical processes through various research methods.
- Experienced in synthesizing information from multiple sources.
- Expertise in authoring content using DITA.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Word to DITA conversion and cleanup.
- Ability to work effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
- Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated self-direction and eagerness to learn.
