This role involves managing projects across cross-functional teams to implement ASC agreements, from initiation to delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting regional managers, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and facilitating communication and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Support 4 ASC Regional Managers
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and training for surgery centers
• Streamline logistics across Stryker's supply chain
• Respond promptly to sales teams and customers
• Support co-marketing with strategic accounts
• Lead without direct authority, communicate effectively, influence stakeholders
• Provide education to salesforce and customers virtually and in-person
• Clarify roles and responsibilities for resource utilization
• Attend meetings and installations to enhance customer experience
• Execute processes with organizational excellence

Qualifications (Required):

• B.A. or B.S. degree
• 4+ years of work experience
• 2+ years in medical device industry
• Customer-facing experience

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Cross-divisional experience within Stryker
• Experience in marketing, supply chain, project management, or hospital clinical setting

This is a remote role anywhere in the US. Salary ranges from $77,200 to $160,800 plus bonuses and benefits, depending on skills and experience.
