Our client is a full-service real estate firm specializing in the management, leasing, development, and construction of commercial and residential properties throughout the Greater Boston area. With a comprehensive approach to real estate, they deliver high-quality services across the entire property lifecycle - from initial development to ongoing management - serving a diverse portfolio of clients and communities. Currently, they are looking to add a Property Coordinator to their team.Salary/Hourly Rate$45k plus BonusPosition OverviewThis is a great opportunity to join a growing Boston-based real estate firm that values internal promotion and long-term career development. The Property Coordinator will partner with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations across a residential portfolio, among other duties.Responsibilities Of The Property Coordinator
- Handle a high volume of tenant calls, promptly responding to inquiries, maintenance requests, and property-related concerns to ensure resident satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Assist with financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a focus on maximizing income and controlling expenses.
- Ensure the property is maintained to high standards - safe, clean, and visually appealing for residents and visitors.
- Work with and support on-site property staff, fostering a productive and service-oriented team environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
Required Experience/Skills for the Property Coordinator:
- Background in property management, hospitality, or customer service is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic with a positive, can-do attitude.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Property Coordinator:
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
