Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Our client is a leading banking association and payments company, owned by the largest commercial banks, with a legacy dating back to 1853. They are seeking a Benefits Manager to join their team in New York. As the only private-sector operator of both ACH and wire payments in the U.S., the organization plays a critical role in clearing and settling nearly $2 trillion in daily transactions. They are currently spearheading the modernization of payment infrastructure through the launch of a new, ubiquitous real-time payment system. This is a hybrid role offering great compensation!Job Functions

• Administer employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, and retirement programs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage enrollments, updates, and resolve employee inquiries.
• Analyze benefits data to assess program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Provide guidance and education to employees on available benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices in benefits administration.

Job Requirements

• 8 years of experience in benefits administration.
• Associate's degree required.
• Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration software; ADP experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
