Assist Director of Finance.Minimum Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field or the equivalent in experience
• Two years of experience working in an office environment
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software a plus

Specific Duties

• Process Customer invoices and payments in Quickbooks.
• Process Vendor bills and payments in Quickbooks.
• Enter Credit Card Charges in QuickBooks.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Assist with filing as needed.

RequirementsExtremely organized and must pay attention to detail. Willing to work as a Team. Ability to keep up with fast paced office environment. Willing to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
