Microsoft is hiring for the Director, Partner Marketing Americas - Small, Medium Enterprise & Channels position within its Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) organization. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing partner relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions and programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Championing security within Americas Channel Partner Marketing and supporting partner programs and activities.
- Defining and tracking key offerings and calls-to-action across Security Solution Plays.
- Leading marketing strategy, campaign development, and solution launches aligned with partner solutions for Microsoft cloud.
- Creating messaging, marketing content, offers, incentives, and managing joint PR and events.
- Understanding partner business objectives and aligning GTM activities to deliver measurable impact.
- Ensuring KPIs and OKRs are in place to measure impact on sales pipeline and revenue, managing budgets effectively.
- Leveraging global investments to build scalable GTM programs and becoming a trusted advisor to partners.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with partner ecosystems, security technologies, and articulating technical and business value.
- Proven ability to create demand generation campaigns, storytelling, and executive proposals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years.
- Experience with Microsoft Security technologies, product management, and leading in matrixed environments.
