- Architect and execute comprehensive onboarding systems for students across 25+ campuses, ensuring seamless integration of technology and resources
- Create and maintain robust internal support frameworks with clear, measurable SLAs
- Synchronize operations with our launch, product, and platform teams to ensure flawless execution
- Spearhead change management initiatives for new features, updates, and process improvements
- Establish dynamic feedback systems between field operations and central management
- Develop crystal-clear accountability structures and escalation protocols

- A minimum of 3 years at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB)
- Proven success in designing and implementing large-scale operational systems in dynamic environments
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional system development with clear accountability frameworks
- A track record of building scalable, preventative operational solutions
- Superior analytical and communication skills honed in high-stakes consulting environments
- Proficiency with AI tools and automation technologies
- U.S.-based with capability to travel 25% of time to campus locations
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
