• Architect our flagship's DNA into a bulletproof operating system, complete with precise metrics, curriculum frameworks, and tech infrastructure that ensures consistent excellence.

• Spearhead market expansion through strategic pilot programs, using data-driven insights to perfect our national rollout strategy.

• Pioneer GenAI applications to streamline operations, enhance assessment processes, and unlock scalable growth opportunities.

Founder In Residence Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and validate a game-changing multi-campus educational model that consistently delivers exceptional student outcomes, drives rapid enrollment growth, and generates unprecedented parent demand across the nation.Basic Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial track record with $1M+ annual revenue ownership and meaningful connection to our target student community.
• Demonstrated ability to transform innovative concepts into thriving businesses, backed by powerful public advocacy.
• Expert knowledge of next-generation learning approaches including eSports, gamification, and virtual education.
• Natural communicator who excels in public speaking, video presentations, and content creation.
• Advanced proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools for enhanced productivity and innovation.
• Results-oriented strategist with a track record of building, measuring, and optimizing systems.
• US-based with flexibility to spend approximately one week per month in Austin.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
