Arnold & Smith, PLLC Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation Case Manager

Responsibilities:

Arnold & Smith, PLLC is a firm with five offices in the Charlotte region.Our Uptown Charlotte location is seeking a full-time, in-office Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation Case Manager to help support our continued business growth. This Case Manager will be responsible for putting the client's needs first and building strong relationships with our clients. Additionally, they will manage the firm's day-to-day legal casework in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, establishing lines of communication and trust with clients, interviewing clients about their injuries, gathering medical reports, getting insurance information from the defendant, and assisting in preparing settlement demands.

Qualifications:

·At least 3-5 years of experience as a Case Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients, familiarity with insurance and medical records, and knowledge of civil procedures.

·Friendly disposition

·Strong attention to detail

·Ability to type 40+ words per minute

Preferred Requirements:

·Bachelor's or associate degree and/or a Paralegal certification.

·Strong research, writing, and communication skills, as well as organizational and project management skills.

·The ideal candidate should also be able to demonstrate initiative and enjoy working in a team environment.

·Experience with case management software.
