PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client located in Broward County, FL is seeking a professional who is an expert in communication and can provide top-notch customer service to clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in corporate housing or hospitality! The schedule is Friday through Monday from 9am-8pm. This position can be remote for applicants in the East Coast.Responsibilities:
- Provide appropriate and correct feedback to clients/support/suppliers by identifying problems; researching answers; following and coordinating service issues from start to finish.
- Process client/support requests according to established policies and procedures.
- Coordinate follow up for all pending welcome letters/inspections/lock box and entry apps
- Monitor all triage tickets and respond accordingly.
- Close out any open service tickets from weekend or reassign to support specialist if necessary.
- Remain involved in resolution until complete support satisfaction.
- Effectively coordinate with appropriate leader for assistance and guidance.
- Respond to support questions, concerns and manage supplier service issues in a timely manner.
- Provide recap of weekend activity for team and any item that need follow up.
Qualifications:
- Hospitality, corporate housing or serviced apartment experience a plus
- Previous customer service experiences a must
- Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure
- Expert communication and listening skills are a must
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email
