Kendal at Hanover is seeking a General Maintenance/Landscaper team member to join our Facilities Team! Primary roles and responsibilities include:
- Performing prescribed grounds maintenance tasks on a self-starting basis such as grass mowing, planting, installing signs, and other general maintenance repairs as required.
- Keeping roadways and walkways free of ice and snow.
- Performing project assignments and renovations.
- Performing work requests to building interiors/ exteriors such as woodwork, furnishings, finishes, hardware, and maintaining grounds.
- Supporting the operational needs of the facility as needed.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour, dependent on experience (not including shift differentials).
