Drives the implementation of the Eaton Business System and the development of future state plans and manufacturing strategies in alignment with plant leadership goals. - Acts as the on-site Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) expert, driving the deployment of lean manufacturing techniques throughout the plant. - Provides leadership and delivers continuous improvement through Rapid Improvement Events (RIE). - Responsible for overall plant performance for Cost Out activities and meeting profit plan goals. Leads the IDB - Leads the capital expense planning and utilization strategy for the facility. Coordinates the capital planning process. - Provides and secures specific training in lean tools for new champions to meet strategic goals. - Supports and provides guidance to the VSM teams to ensure all A 3 actions / active bursts meet business case needs, have established plans to meet completion timelines in the business case and have identified and are monitoring progress of key metrics from the bu...Manager, Continuous Improvement, Operation, Leadership, Excel, Business
