What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT) CPR certification (preferred) Experience in home care, Part A or B, or outpatient. Reliable transportation A compassionate, patient-centered mindset and strong communication skills Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., WebPT or Hello Note) New Graduates are welcome to apply Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or functional limitations Develop and implement individualized physical therapy care plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and neuromuscular re-education Deliver orthopedic, post-surgical, and neurological rehabilitation services Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility practices Maintain documentation in electronic medical records in accordance with Medicare and CMS regulations Assist with fall prevention, balance training, and pain management strategies Let's Redefine What Therapy Can Be At Stern, you're more than a provider—you're a partner in helping patients reclaim independence and dignity.
