If you're a skilled 1st Class Blaster/Painter ready to put your expertise to work in a high-paying, long-term opportunity, we want YOU on our team. Key responsibilities include performing sandblasting and coating operations in line with project specifications. Accurately interpret and apply specifications, including required blast profiles and coating thickness. Connect air lines to the manifold and demonstrate horizontal, vertical, and side-to-side spray techniques. Set up, operate, and dismantle airless spray pumps and blasting equipment. Troubleshoot equipment as needed during operations. Identify and properly utilize components and valves on all blasting and painting systems. Follow all safety protocols in confined spaces and at elevated work areas.
Required skills and qualifications include: minimum 3 years of experience in marine or industrial painting. Demonstrated ability to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and break down airless spray equipment. Strong knowledge of both conventional and non-conventional painting systems and the ability to explain the differences. Familiarity with various types of blasting equipment and their components. Comfortable working in physically demanding environments under various weather conditions. Be able to pass hands on skills test and written assessment. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident. Submit to and pass a 10-year background check with a clean record. Submit to hair follicle drug screen.

Base Pay Range: $34/hr + $147 Per Diem
