Bright Minds' global engineering and construction client has an immediate opening for a Payroll Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team. This role will start as a 6-12 month contract and has a high likelihood of converting full time after 6-12 months.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of payroll coordination/administration
• Experience with payroll software plaforms (ADP, Paychex, UKG, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Union payroll experience a plus
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
