My client, a developer of Class A multifamily developments is currently looking for an experienced Structural Concrete/Superintendent for a project in Santa Monica. Successful candidate will assist with onsite administration, supervision and technical management for Structural Concrete construction operations including DIRECT supervision of the Concrete and Reinforcing Steel Subcontractors. The project consists of 3 separate adjacent residential podiums - built concurrently. * floors of residential (3 stories Type I below 5 stories Type III) over 2 levels of below grade garage (276k Sqft of parking). You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management/supervision of assigned construction activities, manage internal team as well as third party vendors. Scheduling, quality control and trade oversight with an emphasis on Structural Concrete, reinforcing Steel and post tensioning. Monitor and control scheduling, adherence to plans.
