What We're Looking For We're seeking a Product Manager to lead our responsive web and app experiences. This hands-on role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments, and is familiar with startup dynamics. You'll bridge UX, tech, analytics, marketing, and leadership to deliver high-impact features and delightful user experiences. If you are data-driven, user-obsessed, and passionate about clarity, this could be your next role. What You'll Do Define and prioritize the product roadmap for and internal tools. Lead web and app projects from planning to launch and optimization. Write product requirements, set timelines, and manage go-to-market strategies. Drive product improvements using data and metrics. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to turn ideas into actionable tasks. Balance business priorities, user experience, and technical constraints. Work with UI/UX designers on wireframes, user flows, and final designs. Ensure products are accessible, easy to use, and engaging across platforms. Gather and apply customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle. Use analytics tools to analyze user behavior and identify improvements. Design and run A/B tests to enhance key metrics. Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate accordingly. Coordinate with teams to ensure timely feature delivery aligned with business goals. What You Will Bring 3+ years of UX-focused Product Management experience in a small/medium B2C tech company. Experience related to SDLM. Bachelor's degree required. Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented approach. Proven success in creating user-friendly websites or features with measurable impact. Strong understanding of agile methodologies. Portfolio of shipped web or mobile features. Comfort with ambiguity, multitasking, and resourcefulness. Strong UX instincts and contribution to user flows and problem-solving. Hands-on with tools like Figma. Data fluency for insights and decision-making. Experience with Jira, Monday, and sprint planning. Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. Bonus Points For Experience in user research or experimentation frameworks. Knowledge of SEO, site performance, and content strategy. Working Conditions Work on a personal computer regularly. Remote work in Pacific Time with stable internet. Occasional travel to Pasadena, CA.
