Step into Your Role as a Clinical Educator

• Coordinate staff completion of BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Manage equipment and skills stations for BLS and ACLS training.
• Assist with the coordination of clinical rotations and student orientation packets.
• Provide training for new hires and assist with general hospital orientation.
• Support staff training initiatives.
• Coordinate the preceptor program.
• Facilitate the implementation of new competencies and equipment.
• Educate staff on compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Ensure that training requirements meet standards set by the Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies.

Your Qualifications

• Active clinical license.
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Education required to obtain and maintain licensure.
• Preferred: Previous experience as an Educator.
• CPR certification.
• If a Registered Nurse, CRRN certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights as needed.
