Role: On-Call Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions to maintain a healthy environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service when interacting with residents, staff, and guests.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is valued but not essential.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and effective communication with residents, administration, and HCSG leaders.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds; must be capable of standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable performing routine repetitive tasks consistently.
• Able to work in proximity to food and cleaning products.
• Capable of following oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Residency in the service area is required.
