Advancing healthcare with heart Job Summary This position is responsible to oversee all processing of receiving raw materials and shipping orders, minor automation repairs, and plant services. Position may have functional responsibility for shipping and receiving, and inventory control. Job Details/Responsibilities 1. Associate is responsible to follow requirements of TMC Quality System; including but not limited to requirements for traceability of product, recognizing customer complaints and the requirement to forward information to QA, and the Quality System requirements for Distribution centers. 2. Schedule and processing of incoming raw materials including loading and unloading of trucks. 3. Processing finished goods for shipment including loading and unloading of trucks. 4. Assist production with supplying or removing cartons, pallets, chemical drums, hazardous waste removal, trash removal, etc. 5. Oversee the receiving of product verifying accuracy and warehousing to assigned location. 6. Insure that staff is accurately selecting products in accordance with customer order specifications. 7. Provide guidance in packing and shipping of orders for cost effectiveness. 8. Participate and oversee all physical inventories and cycle counting. Must adhere and follow written procedures to ensure inventory integrity. 9. Requires ability to drive varied types of Powered Industrial Lift Equipment. 10. Oversee training of new hires in areas of product selection, Powered Industrial Lift Equipment driving and standard warehousing procedures. 11. Assign duties to staff to ensure work is completed per warehouse manager’s instruction. 12. Ensures staff is accurately following FIFO (first in, first out) rotation for the selection of raw material or finished goods. 13. Filing Carrier Claims. 14.
