This new position will work extensively with various business partners within the home office.Lead the execution of Mason Street Advisors' service provider oversight programSupport the execution and operation of Mason Street Advisors' governance and recordkeepingSupport the ongoing management of and updates to the adviser and mutual fund risk management plansCoordinate reporting to support the administration of Mason Street Advisors' business and improve processesAct as the primary liaison with the organization's risk and controls group regarding such matters as risk management and service provider oversightSupport the implementation of new regulatory initiativesAssist with management of subadvisory oversight and reportingMaintain a current understanding of the investment management, mutual fund and subadvisory businessBring Your Best! What this role needs:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree (such as MBA) preferredGenerally, five or more years of experience in investment management and/or financial servicesExperience supporting investment advisers and mutual funds, with subadvisory experience preferredExperience with using technology to enhance business practices, especially reportingKnowledge of legal and compliance matters and the regulatory environmentAbility to solve complex problemsAbility to work independentlyAbility to gain consensus and support cross-departmental initiativesAbility to apply thought leadership in maintaining and enhancing the businessStrong organizational and follow-through skills, with ability to lead others around deadlines and prioritization of workStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WordBenefits:Great pay package, 401K, Company sponsored retirement plan, educational assistance, Performance based incentive pay, Medical, dental and vision insurance, Parental leave, Caregiver time off....and more#IN-POSTCompensation Range:Pay Range - Start:$84,350.00Pay Range - End:$156,650.00Geographic Specific Pay Structure:200 - Structure 110: 92,820.00 USD - 172,380.00 USD200 - Structure 115: 97,020.00 USD - 180,180.00 USDWe believe in fairness and transparency.
