Job Title: Mail Clerk Location: Rockledge, FL 32955 (onsite) Duration: 12 Months (Temp to perm) M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) This position supports Health First in Rockledge, FL. Responsibilities include processing mail, performing data entry, completing mail runs throughout the building, and operating high-volume duplicating and bindery equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 400 lbs with a dolly. Responsibilities:
- Operate high-volume copiers, bindery, and finishing equipment
- Perform mail processing, sorting, and delivery
- Handle shipping, receiving, and packaging of materials
- Conduct basic copier maintenance and troubleshooting
- Perform document scanning, imaging, filing, and archiving
- Stock copier supplies and maintain clean equipment areas
- Support reception and meeting room setup as needed
- Track job charges, maintain logs, and generate reports
- Use mail processing software and MS Office tools
- Perform occasional light maintenance and building support
- May travel between buildings on-site
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years related work experience
- Data entry and basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and pushing 400 lbs with a dolly
- Valid driver's license (driving may be required after conversion)
- Knowledge of mailroom and shipping/receiving procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment
- 10-panel drug screen required
- Dress code: Slacks and polo shirt
