Serve as the primary communications partner to the President of Product & Technology (P&T), shaping their voice and driving clear, consistent messaging across all internal and external platforms. This includes preparation for customer meetings, board meetings, internal and external speaking engagements, organizational announcements, media interviews, and more. Lead the development of the President of P&Ts keynote presentations at internal and external events. Develop a cohesive internal communications strategy for the P&T organization, drafting communications authored by the President of P&Tincluding Town Halls, innovation and product updates, leadership forums, Slack communications, and organizational change moments. Partner with Brand, PR, and Social Media teams to develop and activate a thought leadership platform for the President of P&T and select product leadersparticularly in the areas of product innovation, AI, and technical excellence.
