Strategic Planning. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals (sales, traffic, customer acquisition & retention). Own annual marketing calendar: product launches, promotions (e.g., Presidents' Day, Memorial Day), and local campaigns. Form and maintain a marketing team with professional backgrounds, and work closely with AD agency. Digital & Performance Marketing. Oversee paid digital channels (Search, Social, Display, Video) in coordination with the performance agency. Work closely with the eCommerce team to drive online traffic, affiliate sales, EDM, conversions, and ROAS. Brand & Retail Marketing. Lead brand storytelling across touchpoints: print, in-store, video, and social. Oversee in-store promotional signage, window campaigns, and showroom visuals. Coordinate local marketing efforts (e.g., geo-targeted offers, community events, sponsorships). Analytics & Budget. Manage marketing budget allocation across channels and initiatives.
