The Logistics Specialist supports the operations of the Information Technology department by managing shipping, receviing, inventory and assets across multiple campuses. This role includes tasks such as imaging, reparis and limited customer interactions. The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience with vendor management software and in-person (customer service) interactions The ideal candidate will have IT experience in a hospital or medical facility. Responsibilities: Responsible for daily processing of deliveries to IT department to include matching POs, asset tagging and asset management, generating tasks for prep, deployment, etc ... Configures, images and prepares equipment for Filed Services technicians for deployment Ensures inventory is accurately tracked and updated in the asset management database.
