Under direct supervision, perform testing and digital management tasks according to established procedures and ASTM and ISO guidelines for product/process qualification, validation, FDA submissions and legal requests. Principal Responsibilities Test Execution 1. Perform physical, thermal, and chemical tests on raw materials and finished products in accordance with established procedures and ASTM and ISO guidelines. Such testing includes tensile and elongation, flexural modulus, moisture content, melt index, torque testing, chemical testing, flow rate, air and liquid leakage, dimensional testing, simulated aging, shore hardness, thermal degradation, rheology, melt point determination, etc. 2. Set up test systems and equipment with direct supervision or assistance. 3. Continuously operate testing/process equipment with minimal assistance. 4. Communicate testing details and needs to immediate team members and/or engineering representatives. 5.
