As a key member of our team, you'll be accountable for the daily maintenance of our assembly equipment and the development and implementation of maintenance improvement programs. You'll ensure optimal equipment usage, exceed customer satisfaction, and guarantee all facility and equipment safety requirements are met. This role operates with minimal supervision and is crucial to maintaining our operational excellence. Primary Functions. Perform comprehensive maintenance and major refurbishments on all manufacturing and facility equipment, including complex assembly cells. Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues swiftly and cost-effectively, collaborating with Plant Staff and external suppliers to restore equipment functionality. Provide expert mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair, offering both immediate and long-term solutions for various equipment problems. Assist the Maintenance team with hydraulic and electrical repairs on non-automation equipment as needed.
