Job Description :
Assists in implementing best practices for the business segment with regard to financial policies and procedures. Supports the SBU financial function including accounting, budget, forecasting/planning, operating plans, month-end/year-end closing, and etc. Assures on-time reporting to Newell Brands corporate (e.g. Ops Deck). Develops good interactive working relationship with Shared Services. Support Sales, R&D, and Customer Development department in order to grow revenue and margin. Requires regular attendance to perform essential element as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work. Performs such individual assignments as management may direct. Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Corporation and the community; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
