Oversees the order fulfillment process through a group of leaders in a product family structure, which may include any of all of the following functions: Assembly and Test, Planning, Product Support Engineering, Assembly and Test Process Engineering, Tactical Purchasing (Supplier Management, Supplier Quality Engineer and Supplier Quality Techs) Product Quality Assurance/ Black Belts and Stock room. Accountable for product family metrics and performance (Quality, Delivery, Responsiveness and cost)Responsible for product family budget, capital plans and staffing requirements. Collaborates with, and may lead, multi-disciplined teams comprised of Systems Engineering, Development Engineering and Sales, Service and Marketing organization to optimize strategy and approaches to life cycle management, field reliability, customer issues and product improvement.
