The Clinical Supervisor of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services is responsible for assisting the Director and Office Manager in the maintenance of the overall operation of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services with primary attention to the clinical excellence and growth of the service line. Included in these responsibilities are:- Clinical oversight of the development and maintenance of high quality treatment services.- Assisting in the development and operationalization of the Interdisciplinary Team concept- Assist in community relations and referral activities.- Assist with strategic planning and development.- Assist with fiscal responsibility.- Monitor services performance improvement, quality, outcomes, and satisfaction.- May maintain a caseload in conjunction with clinical leadership responsibilities....Clinical, Behavioral Health, Supervisor, RN, Health, Behavior, Healthcare
