Supervisor responsibility for the planning and coordination of all Quality and Safety compliance activities for the Rochelle, IL facility as required by corporate policies and procedures; Federal, State, and Local regulations; and Industry Standards. Work with Corporate/ Regional Environmental and Safety team to modify corporate policies and procedures for site-specific accuracy and applicability. The incumbent is responsible for all Quality and Safety regulations and maintaining full compliance. Incumbent makes recommended changes to current compliance programs and procedures in order to improve overall conformance with regulatory guidelines and increase employee engagement and adherence to established policies and procedures. The position will be responsible for coordinating regulatory programs and permitting applications.
