The Scrum Master is a servant-leader responsible for enabling agile teams to deliver high-value outcomes through the consistent application of Scrum principles and practices. This mid-level role supports 12 cross-functional Scrum teams by removing impediments, fostering self-organization, and driving continuous improvement. The Scrum Master partners closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and stakeholders to ensure the team maintains a healthy cadence of delivery, aligns with organizational priorities, and adheres to agile best practices. This is a hybrid position that requires in office hours. - Bachelor's degree required. Will consider commensurate experience - Familiarity with financial regulations strongly preferred. - Five (5) years experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in financial services. - A credential from one of the following organizations: the Scrum Alliance, Scrum Inc, Scrum.org, PMI or IC - Agile.
