We work directly with insurance providers, ensuring our customers have peace of mind when they need it most.Job DescriptionThe Mold Technician at Pure Dry plays a vital role in environmental assessment and remediation efforts. This position focuses on testing and sampling environmental materials (such as air and building materials), operating monitoring equipment in the field, and supporting the operation and maintenance of remediation systems. You will be working on asbestos surveys and abatement projects as needed.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive inspections for mold, asbestos, and lead in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.• Collect and document accurate environmental samples using specialized testing equipment.• Perform sampling following established procedures and regulatory guidelines.• Generate detailed reports with findings and recommendations for mitigation.• Provide onsite guidance and oversight during mold and asbestos remediation projects.• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.• Assist Production Managers during project execution.• Represent Pure Dry professionally with clients and partners.• Maintain issued uniforms and a clean, professional appearance.Qualifications:• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong team spirit.• Able to perform physical labor and lift up to 75 lbs.• Fluent in reading and writing English.• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.• AHERA Building Inspector Certification required.• Current Asbestos License required • 1-2 years of experience in environmental sampling is required.• Proficiency in using environmental testing equipment.• Experience in restoration or construction trades is a plus.• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.Schedule & Availability• Monday to Friday• On-call rotations (evenings and weekends)• Overtime available• Travel required up to 25% (local region)Compensation & Benefits:• Hourly Pay: $30.00 - $35.00Benefits Include:o 401(k) with company matchingo Medical insuranceo Dental, and Vision insuranceo Company paid Life insuranceo Company paid short/long-term disabilityo Paid time off (PTO)o Referral programo Professional training and career advancementWhy Join Us?At PureDry Restoration, LLC., you won't just clock in - you'll make a difference in people's lives.
