Production Worker

Pay Range: $17.50 $19.50/hour

Job Overview: Support blade manufacturing by rotating through key stations including oven treatment, pressing, quenching, painting, and final inspection. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and hand tools across multiple stations.
• Conduct quality checks and prepare blades for shipment.
• Safely handle materials and maintain production flow.

Qualifications:

• General labor or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 4050 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts.
• Comfortable working in hot environments near furnaces.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
