Role Description

This is a full-time role located in the Greater Houston TX area for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for handling various tasks such as conducting property showings, negotiating sales deals, assisting clients with buying and selling property, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and trends and managing paperwork associated with real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Real Estate License
• Expertise in Real Estate and Sales activities
• Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
