Location: Newburgh, NY

Hours: 930 am to 6 pm

Rate of pay: $90,000 to $92,500

This position oversees the operations of County CCBHC Urgent Care sites within the organization. The role includes leadership in the development and expansion of critical behavioral health services, such as:

  • Enhancing access toMedication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)for Substance Use Disorders

  • Developing24/7 coveragefor acute mental health and substance use services

  • Building afull complement of Article 36 servicesto serve Orange County/Ulster County residents

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS :

  • Coordinate and implement staffing coverage across multiple clinical teams

  • Provideclinical supervisionto licensed and non-licensed staff

  • Offeradministrative oversightand support operational excellence

  • Serve asclinical backupfor urgent or complex cases

  • Submit regular reports togovernment agenciesandgrant funders

  • Track and report onKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Leaddaily performance and clinical huddles

  • Design and implementmanagement systemsto address gaps in service delivery

  • Drive the development of programs and staff in arapidly growing organization.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:

  • Support theSecurity Officerin investigations, incident follow-up, and mitigation planning

  • Contribute toQuality Assurance (QA)processes, including incident reporting and compliance

  • Ensure adherence toCARF, OMH, and other regulatory standards

  • Participate in agency-wide initiatives, including:

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)efforts

  • EHR configuration and optimization

  • Clinical training and educationinitiatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES :

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability tolead and scale clinical programs

  • Proven track record ofstaff development and mentorship

  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills

  • Experience inElectronic Health Record (EHR)administration and optimization

  • Comfortable working in afast-paced, evolving environment

  • Skilled in translating clinical and operational issues into effective solutions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Preferred:Psy.D., LCSW or LMHC

  • Required:Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field withindependent licensure

  • Minimum offive years of progressive clinical leadershipexperience preferred
