Advanced R&D Engineer/Scientist

Design and develop experiment protocols to evaluate thermal systems and/or their individual components such as heat exchangers (e.g. air-to-refrigerants, liquid-to-refrigerant) and compressors (e.g. reciprocating, scrolls, and rotary) - Work as a team with experimentalists to get the necessary data and validation of modelling results with laboratory data - Analyze, solve complex and complicated problems - Interpret complex scientific data and clearly communicate results to diverse stakeholders - Operate proficiently and efficiently in a matrix organization - Handle all related job responsibilities in accordance with HSE policy - Participate in the invention/discovery process with professionals.
