This role is responsible for dispatching driver schedules/routes and working with customers and warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely and efficient operations, while providing a high level of customer service. Schedule: Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM - Thursday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Here's what youll do: Responsible for dispatching driver schedules/routes for load pick-up and deliveries and working with customers and warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely and efficient operations, while providing a high level of customer service. Ensure timely follow-up, resolution and response to any route planning or delivery timing issues that may arise; work with Transportation Supervisors as appropriate. Maintain and update the department dispatch/communication log/software according to department procedures.
