To provide supervision to clients that ensures their safety and well-being; to assist clients in making choices that are in their long term best interests. Essential duties and responsibilities:Client Supervision:Lead and supervise clients in the Brainerd Men's Program on the residential housing floor, and during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift. Client Transportation:Maintain valid driver's license at all times for driving Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge vehicles. Transport clients to all program functions. Minimum Qualifications: On-Call Staff are expected to work 2-3 shifts per month and attend staff meetings. Documented 1 year freedom from chemical use problems (including tobacco, drugs, alcohol). Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with life-controlling problems. Strong leadership skills (one on one and group situations).
