Senior Director, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising

Lead the participant management strategy and portfolio review process to establish cultivation and stewardship strategies for P 2 P participants and donors to best increase participant's giving and engagement and oversee implementation of all components, in coordination with the AVP and fellow team members; - Assess donor impact and effectiveness of all cultivation initiatives; monitor and benchmark cultivation practices of peer institutions; and propose program enhancements, as needed; - Provide oversight and direction to team of 9 staff, focused on engaging, stewarding, cultivating, and retaining event participants; train staff on frontline fundraising techniques to maximize engagement and revenue among P 2 P fundraisers; - Collaborate with members of Annual Giving, Major Gifts, and Planned Giving, to identify and present opportunities to engage participants even further with the Division of Philanthropy; - Directly manage a portfolio of P 2 P participants, prospects, and event reven...Director, Peer, Senior, Staff, Diversity, Program Coordinator, Healthcare
