Quality Manager
: Job Details :

Maintain and support our IATF 16949 Quality Management System. Maintain and support our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. Manage quality documentation, including PPAP, Control Plans, PFME - As, and Internal Audits. Serve as a key contact for customer quality issues and support external audit preparation. Track and report quality performance metrics (scrap, rework, complaints)Support new product launches and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate daily with production and engineering to resolve quality concerns in real time Qualifications Bachelor's degree in quality, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)5 years of hands-on quality experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and SPC - Familiarity with Customer-Specific Requirements and Audit Readiness.
