Global Sourcing Manager

Work with the purchasing site leadership to develop and implement global sourcing and procurement strategies to align with overall business objectives, including cost reduction, risk management, and sustainability. Establish and maintain relationships with global suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier performance meets quality, delivery, and cost requirements. Oversee the global logistics network, including transportation, 3rd party warehousing, consignment contracts, and distribution, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. Manage the procurement process, from sourcing and purchasing to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This will be achieved through direct management of purchasing managers at our manufacturing locations (currently Massachusetts, US & Aguascalientes, Mexico).
