We're looking for a self-starter thats a proactive and detail-oriented team member who takes ownership, solves problems, and helps improve our IT asset processes. Provides onsite triage and support to resolve technical issues and identify opportunities for improvement. Works to resolve issues and requests related to company workstations, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals, and may work with higher level teams to resolve complex issues.
