#x 9; Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers Managing key accounts and serving as the point of contact for clients Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking Managing opportunities in Salesforce. Seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries. Serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to develop order fulfillment plans.
