Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Long-Term Care FacilityA respected long-term care facility in the Rockland County is currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. This position provides essential support to residents and ensures their comfort and well-being.Key Responsibilities:* Observe and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the supervising nurse.* Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and grooming.* Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake.* Feed residents and provide nutritional supplements as needed.* Maintain residents' living spaces by making beds and ensuring cleanliness.* Transport residents within the facility as needed.* Assist with repositioning bedridden residents to prevent pressure sores.* Uphold confidentiality regarding all resident and facility-related information.Qualifications:* Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.* Active New York State CNA Certification .* In good standing with the State Registry .* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
