Warehouse Associate / Package Handler

We are hiring Warehouse Associate / Package Handler for our Paulsboro, NJ facility. Applying is quick and easy talk to a recruiter today and you could start within the week!

Shift: Back half: Thursday through Saturday 12:00pm to 10:00pm

End of Sort is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler, we count on you to:

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be a team player everyone works together to get the job done!

Skills you need:

• Ability to stay on your feet while working this is a great job for someone looking to stay active! Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to regularly/frequently lift, push, pull 25 to 35 lbs. Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally push or pull up to 150 lbs. using a pallet jack or gaylords to transport large packages.
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program Details:

Referral bonus reward of $500 year-round (offered for all positions company-wide)

• Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidates tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate's tenure.

Date of referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between the dates of 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025
