- Adheres to the approved vendor lists.
- Ensures timely and cost efficient purchase and delivery of all vendor goods.
- Monitors supplier quality and delivery performance and recommends vendor changes when as necessary.
- Explores and implements yearly cost reduction activities.
- Maintains accurate pricing in Food and Beverage software database.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Director of Purchasing.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- College degree in business or accounting preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Food and Beverage purchasing experience.
- Certified Purchasing Professional (C.P.P.) designation preferred or eligible through experience for certification.
- Computer literate with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other related software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required as well as strong organizational skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
