Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
- Current Physical Therapist license in the practice state
- Completed state CEU requirements
- Valid CPR License
- Experience with EMR software is preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Positive professional demeanor with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess patients through comprehensive evaluations and establish personalized treatment plans.
- Document patient care accurately, meeting guidelines for regulatory agencies and billing.
- Monitor and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and needs.
- Educate patients and their support system on rehabilitation techniques and equipment.
- Administer safe and effective therapeutic interventions in line with JAG standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Supervise support staff, including PT aides and assistants.
- Promote JAG within the community through outreach and education.
