Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector responsible for day-to-day QC inspection tasks. The role involves inspecting and sampling raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and sample raw materials, packaging components, consumables, printed packaging, and contracted finished goods using established procedures.
  • Document findings professionally for potential communication with other departments.
  • Determine disposition of incoming raw materials, components, and contract manufactured goods.
  • Maintain the Packaging Standards Library for inspection activities.
  • Adhere to safety procedures during inspection tasks.
  • Review inventory of rejected or quarantined materials and perform necessary actions for re-assay or sample requests.
  • Follow DEA procedures in sampling and transporting raw materials.
  • Support QA operations for laboratory or supplier quality investigations.
  • Assess and improve QC inspection practices to reduce over-processing of data.
